Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. However, please note that local duties or taxes are not in built into the purchase or shipping price. Depending on your location you may be subject to additional fees.

How much does shipping cost?
As a small company, we cannot benefit from economies of scale. Shipping can get pricey, so we cannot make it free across the board. We currently offer free shipping to our Canadian and American customers on orders over $75CAN. Shipping costs are be calculated at time of checkout before your purchase.

Worldwide, we currently offer standard mail shipping. We're investigating other shipping partners and will offer more options soon.

I'm in Toronto. Can I pick up my purchase instead of having it shipped/delivered?
Yes. Contactless curbside pickup is available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

What's my size?
Each product page has a size chart. Please use these as they help ensure you get the right fit.  The jerseys and bib shorts are designed for a tight fit so if you think you fall between two sizes the larger size may provide the more comfortable fit.

What if I order the wrong size?

Why do you not offer exchanges? 
As a small start up, we have limited inventory and some sizes may sell out faster than others. We cannot guarantee we'll have the exact size to exchange once an item is returned. It's best to reorder from the site to ensure we have the size you want.

How do I care for my Purist water bottle?
The interior of you water bottle should never be scrubbed with an abrasive material or brush. The best cleaning method is to simply rinse out after each use and when needed, rinse with warm water and a mild soap.  Alternatively, the bottle can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher or you can use a soft cloth on the interior if necessary.

Can I freeze my water bottle?
Yes, our bottles can be frozen and/or have ice placed inside.
